A-max is a focused, class leading trailer design centred on operational ease. The core features provide the easiest and safest ramp loading system yet devised, rendering a traditional hydraulic tilt-bed operation virtually superfluous to all but the most specific applications. Its light weight, low centre of gravity combination is safe and stable, providing the well controlled towing experience that many previous Brian James Trailers customers have come to rely on. To keep pace with the growth in size of many modern vehicles A-max trailers offer the choice of a superior wide bed of up to 1.96m (6ft 5). Anyone concerned with minimising the risk of vehicle damage during loading and unloading will find this particularly useful.

Options (A-max family)
- Centre deck and storage tray - Flush fitting commercial vehicle quality, anti-slip decking with a recessed storage tray and locking lid, ideal for keeping tie-down straps secure.
- Glide-out-ramps - hi grip surface Standard equipment loading ramps are 1.9m in length for good loading angles. 2.4m ramp option for ultralow loading.
- Heavy duty jockey wheel Robust, high capacity jockey wheel features tough wide tyre, a serrated tube (anti-slide) and locking handle.
- Folding Tow Pole - Raise tow pole into vertical position for reduced storage length requirement. For all A-max up to 2,000Kg gross.
- Storage box (3 x 20ltr cans) - Ideal for transporting additional fuel supplies to and from race meetings. Conveniently sited to give good access and for safety.
- Wheel STOP chocks (pair) - Quick release stop chocks can be set to optimise the load balance. Secured with quick action cotter pins plus securing cable.
- Manual winch - Manual winch with choice of gears dependent on capacity. Cable roller guides for best operation.
- Tyre rack - high level - Tubular design full width tyre rack with strap securing and supplementary security cable with pad lock.
